99% of all problems encountered by users wishing to update or flash their tablets are related to problems with various drivers. There are 3 sets of drivers needed, depending on what you wish to do.

1. Storage Drivers - When you connect your tablet to your PC and enable USB Storage on your device, Windows should automatically see your device and/or load the correct drivers. This connection allows you to transfer files betwen the PC and tablet manually. Tablet storage will not be visable on the tablet, until USB storage has been turned off again.

2. Rockchip Drivers - These are the drivers needed to use the RKBatchTool to flash
