    Restoring fail: No Found IDB

    Hello

    I am trying to flash my U30GT-H and as I have read I need to do a restore first (??)
    However when I do that I get Prepare IDB Failed .
    The error log is listed below.
    I am using flash tool Rockchip BatchTool 1.5
    And this image: H:\CUBE 3\升级工具及固件\U30GT-H_V1.02_20120615.img

    Any clue ???

    Have you tried using another USB cable? And if you're using a desktop pc, have you try to use the backside usb instead of the front ports?

    I managed to solve the problem.
    Googled and found that I should try to plug the USB cable into the mother board connector instead of the external connector on my computer case.
    I did and that worked.....now its flashing as it should :-)
