[ROM] PIPO S1 ROM mixed with PIPO S3

Hello everyone, I found this ROM on Russian forum and I'd like to share with you.

    Credits to Realmaple from 4pda.ru

    1. Integrated Root (run SuperSu to update files after installing ROM).
    2. Default language English.
    3. A standard set of applications for english version plus added DocumentsToGo.
    4. The pixel density is reduced to 120dpi so everything is smaller.
    5. A bit faster performance.
    6. No bugs, used older firmware versions, the memory card does not fall off, the sound does not fall off.
    7. IMPORTANT! To prevent WiFi from turning off in sleep mode, you need to stick "Always" in the WiFi settings.
    8. The system partition is increased to 2 GB.

    IMPORTANT!
    1. First startup takes longer, it doesn't stuck, just wait.
    2. After installing, be sure to run the SuperSu to update files.

    Install it with PiPoUpgradeTool.

Upgraded to v.1.1 but after I saw 160dpi I removed it, icons looks too big after 120dpi.

You can use allwinner mod from the market for 120dpi.

Re: [ROM] PIPO S1 ROM mixed with PIPO S3

Well flashed it last night and been playing with it every since.I have not installed the cwm yet as I have not found a real noticeable lag here.Connected via wifi perfectly,no issues regarding sd cards as some firmwares have.Love the 120 dpi resolution, may try the 1.1 version with the allwinner mod and see what happens. All in all a really nice version again thanks for sharing and thanks to the original developer
